Breath Work 75 min Holte
We work with various Breathing techniques standing, sitting, lying down. The practise is suitable for everyone whether covering from physical or mental health issues, improving sports performances or simply looking for an efficient tool to restart & boost your wellbeing.
Practical Information:
- Come as you are , clothes not to tight around belly and chest.
- Recommending breathing on an empty stomach or if you can avoid eating up to 4 hours before.
- Avoid Coffee the whole day
- If suffering from lighter Cardiovascular diseases, untreated high blood pressure, epilepsy or pregnant – please inform me in advance so that I can give you alternate guidance.
If suffering of any of below – consult a professional before attending.
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure (hypertension)
- Angina or arrhythmias
- History of stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA)
- Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder (especially manic phase), or psychosis
- Severe anxiety or panic disorder (without professional supervision)
- Severe Psychological Trauma (without trauma-informed facilitation)
Our breath work is safe and doesn’t include rapid breathings, however it is always a recommendation to consult a professional before signing up for a breath work class.
