This newly developed Wezet retreat is built on one simple yet fundamental insight:
You are unique — and therefore your retreat should be too.
Set your own goals. Work with them physically and mentally, or let balance between body and mind be the goal in itself. Whether you seek more strength, more calm, more clarity, or simply a meaningful pause, the retreat is shaped around you, regardless of your starting point.
Be as active as you wish — or give yourself permission to slow down completely. Take part in shared sessions and withdraw when you need space. Come alone, with your partner, or with friends. There are no expectations of performance here — only an invitation to listen.
Work with your body rather than against it. Create a balance that is sustainable, honest, and something you can take home with you.
The retreat works with the body through a combination of functional strength, mobility, stability, flow-based movement, and breathwork.
All sessions are tailored to you — your body, your experience, and what you wish to focus on during the retreat.
Body and flow training, strength work, and breathwork are used as tools to create cohesion in the body and increase bodily awareness. Some sessions focus on strength and support, while others emphasize releasing tension and creating space. The program is continuously adjusted to ensure it makes sense for you, both physically and mentally.
Breathwork is an essential element and is always offered on your terms. Group breathwork sessions are available for you to join when and if it feels right. You may also choose to deepen your experience with optional 1:1 breathwork sessions during your stay. Breath training is one of the most effective ways to improve physical, mental, and emotional health.
The aim is to create balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to your body — something you can carry with you beyond the retreat.
Each day follows a clear yet flexible rhythm. Move when your body calls for activity. Rest when it calls for stillness.
Between sessions, you are free to walk in nature, feel the ocean, sit in silence, or simply be. For some participants, movement in the landscape and the wind becomes an active part of the experience. For others, the pauses, recovery, and slower pace are what matter most.
You have the option to book body treatments combining osteopathy, Body SDS, and advanced massage techniques. Optional 1:1 breathwork sessions are also available for deeper individual work.
The retreat is designed to allow for ongoing adjustments. Choose what serves you and let the days unfold according to your energy. Change does not arise through pressure, but through rhythm, repetition, and respect for the body's needs.
Arrive in Tarifa — the southernmost point of Spain, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean Sea. A place where the horizon is wide open and the pace naturally slows.
Tarifa is known as Costa de la Luz — the Coast of Light. The light is clear, the wind ever-present, and the nature raw and beautiful. The town is small and simple — one main road, one traffic light, and no big-city noise — yet easily accessible with a drive of approximately 1.5 hours from Málaga Airport.
The area is an international hub for movement and nature. A paradise for water sports, but also renowned for exceptional hiking routes, dunes, wide open beaches, and unique natural phenomena that occur precisely where two seas meet.
Here, nature is not a backdrop, but an active participant. The wind, the sea, and the landscape help release mental noise and support reconnection with your own rhythm.
